To make high quality primary healthcare accessible and affordable to all strata of people of Palani hills .Sirumalai health center , was founded in March of 2022 at Kodaikanal by a family physician duo to bring about equity in healthcare for people of Palani hills . The center envisions to make healthcare accessible and affordable to all strata of people of the Palani hills .
The center has two base centers at Naidupuram and Perumalmalai region which cater to the Vilpatti Panchayat and 15 villages around Perumalmalai respectively. Each base center is equipped to offer OPD, Day care, Lab services and Physiotherapy on day to day basis. Apart from the regular OPD services, Center also offers community outreach services to 5 villages which do not have access to public transport.
