To reach out & assist the poorest of poor through various health & development programmes based upon the community needs & available manpower.SEWA Rural is a voluntary development organization involved in health & development activities in the rural tribal areas of South Gujarat at Jhagadia since 1980. The activities were initiated by a group of young professionals having education & experience in India & abroad and based upon the ideals & ideas of Swami Vivekananda & Mahatma Gandhi.

While involved in such activities it also seeks to ensure that the values are preserved and self-development, in a broader sense, of those involved in the work is achieved simultaneously.
Presently, the hospital offers round-the-clock emergency services, special care for women and children and people with eye diseases, separate clinics for Tuberculosis, Diabetes & Infertility, and Sickle Cell Disease. These services are strongly supported by well-equipped modern Laboratory, X-ray, and Ultra-Sonography Units along with Operation Theatres and appropriate Blood Storage facilities. Medicines are available on hospital campuses at a low cost without compromising the quality. A well-stocked library offers reference facilities for doctors, who keep there knowledge updated through regular academic meetings.
Starting Salary: Negotiable. Increment each year as per the policy of SEWA Rural· Accommodation: This will be provided in the campus as per need (single or family). · Other Benefits: Health Care: Primary health carefree in the Hospital of SEWA Rural · Education of Children.Scholarship to children of the Staff for higher education as per the policy of SEWA Rural.
*The minimum commitment is for two years.
